Productivity Coaching

Our Productivity Coaches are senior level trainers and business application experts. They've provided technical training for years on dozens of applications (most started with DOS). As a result, they have the unique ability to "think the way computer applications think." Even if they're tackling an application that's new to them, Coaches are typically able to diagnose and provide solutions quickly - so the customer can get back to work. Unlike standard Desktop Support or Help Desk Technicians, the Productivity Coaches leave something behind with the customer. Since 1986, ITI Documentation Specialists are professional documentation experts. Several ITI principals have published Software Reference Guides available in bookstores around the world.

Our popular "Power in an Hour" series of training courses are developed with busy professionals in mind. Instead of sitting through an all day course on Excel, for example, you can attend a 1 hour course on creating Pivot Tables in Excel. We have several dozen courses already developed that will help your staff become more productive and more efficient.

We've also developed more than a hundred "Skill Builders." These one page documents focus on very specific tasks. They are written in a clear and concise "step-by-step" manner.
